Ausdance Victoria is committed to providing innovative dance education programs for people of all ages, experience and dance career pathways. Our aim is to ensure that all Victorians have an opportunity to engage in high quality dance education and to ensure that there are a range of avenues to broaden or deepen those experiences. We do this through the provision of inspiring dance education experiences - workshops, master classes, Industry Days, dance teaching programs, professional development days, learner resources, forums, talks and advice to teachers and dancers.
As part of this commitment, we welcome feedback to assist us to continuously improve the quality of our learner resources, teacher support and professional development, and our administrative services. Your feedback may take the form of a complaint, compliment or suggestion.
Ausdance Vic is committed to responding to genuine complaints, grievances and appeals in an effective, efficient, professional, transparent and confidential manner.
If you experience dissatisfaction with a service, if you are unhappy with the assessment process or an assessment decision, or if you have discussed a grievance informally and received an unsatisfactory response, you can lodge a formal complaint with Ausdance Vic.
